As a thought leader, Help Ukraine Operation Palyanytsya (HUOP) is implementing experienced-based and collaborative humanitarian solutions to the war now, that will transfer to and create transparent, democratic, and egalitarian systems in a revitalized Ukraine. HUOP is focused on filling gaps in humanitarian aid through, fast action and direct targeting. We don’t build bureaucracies nor brands. Instead, we combine international expertise, Ukrainian grassroots leadership, innovation and technology to get the job done rapidly and in the most effective manner possible.
